About Neomove

Neomove is a solution for preventing musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace based on movement analysis and the preservation of functional capacity.

Our approach combines biomechanical expertise, an understanding of workplace constraints, and the practical application of movement in everyday life.

The goal is simple: to help companies take earlier action against physical risks related to work and to sustainably preserve the functional health of their employees.

Why Neomove was created

Sedentary lifestyles and repetitive movements are now major public health issues.

Sedentary lifestyles and repetitive movements are now major public health issues.

According tothe World Health Organization, physical inactivity is a silent threat to global health. It contributes significantly to the burden of disease from chronic conditions.

In companies, these issues result in the gradual onset of pain, tension, and limited movement: MSDs.

However, in many cases, solutions come too late: when the pain has already set in.

Neomove was born out of a simple belief:
Movement is one of the most accessible and effective ways to take proactive action.

Three bodies: skeleton, muscle, and complete body are aligned and in motion to express neomove's biomechanical expertise.

An approach derived from clinical practice of movement

The origins of Neomove can be traced back to the clinical practice of Loïc Gambardella, a physical therapist and osteopath.

Early in his career, he noticed a recurring frustration:

  • Intervene when the pain has already set in

  • Having little time to provide long-term support to patients

  • Observe movement issues that could have been avoided.

To deepen his understanding of movement, he trained with international specialists in biomechanical analysis and human performance, notably in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

These years of training and practical experience led him to a core belief: appropriate movement is the simplest and most effective form of prevention.

This principle now forms the basis of the approach developed in Neomove.

From field practice to digital solutions

In 2013, Loïc Gambardella joined forces with Séverine Gambardella and Sylvain Trouvé to create the Be Athletik performance and health center.

For more than ten years, the team has been developing and refining protocols for movement assessment, functional training, and prevention.

These years of practice have allowed us to observe a recurring phenomenon:

The same limitations of movement appear in very different groups of people: athletes, sedentary individuals, and workers subjected to physical constraints.

In 2020, the team decided to transform this experience into a digital solution capable of disseminating these principles on a larger scale.

And that is how Neomove was born.

Our approach

Neomove solutions are based on three complementary pillars.

Understand

Helping individuals better understand their bodies, their movement capabilities, and the warning signs associated with tension and compensation.

Prevent

Propose simple, tailored movements that enable early action to be taken in response to the physical constraints of the job.

Accompany

Provide companies and their employees with accessible tools that enable them to incorporate movement into their professional routines.

The team

Neomove is developed by a team combining expertise in movement, understanding of prevention issues, and experience in corporate deployment.

Movement analysis specialist

For more than twenty-five years, Loïc has been studying the biomechanical mechanisms that influence the quality of human movement and lead to chronic pain, functional limitations, and/or musculoskeletal disorders.

His work is based on observing motor compensation and understanding functional capacity as a key indicator of physical health.

This expertise is one of the foundations of the approach used in Neomove.

Towards more sustainable prevention in the workplace

Changes in working patterns, increasingly sedentary lifestyles, and the physical demands of many jobs make the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders more necessary than ever.

In this context, movement represents a simple but still underutilized lever.

Neomove was designed to make this lever accessible, structured, and measurable at the enterprise level.
